Translenergics And Sýrmata Pupa: A Free Life
Part 7: The Revelindustria
Tenebrisesse is at the hairdresser, an explorer who also practices the art of cutting, intent on shortening his hair. At his side, one of his roommates from the house in the village of the Energici observes him, and curiously asks him the reason for this sudden change. Tenebrisesse answers that Corrumpesimia has seen him and, although she is now in Severpoli, she could return one day to the village of the Energici and recognize him. She adds that, with short hair, she will be able to confuse him. The roommate, changing the subject, asks if they plan to free the dark souls again to give Novu back his freedom, remembering that, during the last battle, Corrumpesimia also trapped the soul of their companion. Tenebrisesse says that as soon as it is useful to do so, he will do it. The roommate notes that with Novu trapped, it would be important to free the dark souls to save him, even if they will be imprisoned again later. But Tenebrisesse shakes his head, stating that it is not yet time and that when it is necessary, Novu will also be freed. The roommate, with a glimmer of hope, asks if at least Novu's body can be recovered, but Tenebrisesse states that he does not know where it is. However, he assures that they will recover it as soon as it is appropriate. After finishing cutting the hair, Tenebrisesse asks for the bill. The explorer responds with a smug smile, requesting 25 lumdollars. After paying, Tenebrisesse invites the roommate to go to the meeting organized by the Double Z to find out what their intentions are. Thus, the two head to the meeting without delay.
At the meeting, Maioregradu and the leader of the Double Zs take the stage. The leader of the Double Zs informs the group that Maioregradu has discovered something crucial to their mission. Maioregradu reveals that he has learned of the existence of an ancient, powerful nightmare, confined in the Cave of Bad Dreams, which can be awakened through a particular process. He explains that it is essential to recover some stones from the river: once in contact with a special powder extracted from the revealing stones - which they already possess - these stones will make their symbol light up. He adds that they must find four of them and that one of them has a unique color, different from the others and therefore recognizable. A member of the group asks what they will do in case someone has already taken one or more of the necessary stones from the river. The leader replies that only a friend of his collected stones from that river and that, if he had agreed to join them, they could have spared his life. He states that, in any case, they will also take the stones from his friend's hut. Another member asks what would happen if the essential stones were broken. Maioregradu explains that the powder of the revealing stones is able to repair the stones that light up their symbols when they come into contact with it. He then adds that these stones are used to activate the Revelindustria, an ancient instrument of which they already have the clock, but which is missing a wheel, divided into four fragments lost in the forest. He states that each of the pieces has a hidden symbol, corresponding to one of those of the necessary stones. He informs that, once the stones are collected, if the correct stone is placed in front of one of the four sections of the wheel, the corresponding symbol will also be revealed on it. However, he warns that if the section is wrong with the next stone, the previously revealed symbols will vanish. He reassures everyone, however, that they can try again several times, until all the symbols on the wheel are definitively revealed and can no longer vanish. He explains that, next, it will be necessary to cut out a piece of paper the same shape and size as the wheel of the clock and draw the symbols of the wheel precisely on it. He stresses the importance of entrusting the task to an artist, so that each symbol is drawn accurately, perfectly identical to those on the wheel. He goes on to explain that, once the drawing is completed, the paper with the symbols must be applied precisely to the wheel, so that the symbols engraved on it light up. He then states that the Revelindustria has the function of revealing, by pointing it at an Energetic, whether it is a Sýrmata Pupa Repellent, a particular variety of Sýrmata Pupa whose internal energy is made up of equal charges, equally spaced, distributed in the coating. He states that the threads of this Sýrmata Pupa have an internal structure surrounded by an external coating, spaced apart and with an equal charge. He goes on to say that the coating prevents Translenergics from dominating the interior, hindering their control over the threads. He also explains that the Repelling Sýrmata Pupa push people away. He states that it takes an Incendiary Energizer who can bring his energy into the threads of the Sýrmata Pupa to set them alight, while maintaining the barrier that prevents the flames from burning what they touch; a Freezing Energizer who can transmit his energy into the threads to freeze them, without them being melted by the flames thanks to the barrier that surrounds them; a normal Sýrmata Pupa who will then use its threads to force the two parts of the Sýrmata Pupa Repellent's threads to join together, opposing their natural repulsion and, finally, a Translenergic who will have to concentrate a huge amount of energy in a single point of the threads' coating, pushing it against the internal part with which it repels, causing an explosion that will break the barrier of flames, allowing them to melt the ice in an endless cycle, with the fire and ice that will have to be continuously recreated. It states that a certain small crystal, of a light blue color, must be placed under the threads, while a certain larger crystal, of an orange color, must be placed to the right or left. The small crystal will activate as soon as it is wet with the water created by the melting of the ice in the threads, remaining active as long as the water wets it, while the large crystal, absorbing the energy of the explosion, will activate for a short time. He adds that when both crystals are active at the same time, they will emit a bright light, and then self-destruct, resurrecting the fiery nightmare with the ram's horns. He states that, thanks to the power of this nightmare, they will be able to persuade many repentant nightmares to join together to invade the Glade, finally being able to free the Sýrmata Pupa. The Double Zs rejoice while Maioregradu reflects that, if they manage to free the nightmare, his influence among the Double Zs will grow, with the prospect of a promotion. Thinking that he could even set a record for getting a promotion in a short time. He then takes the floor again and explains that, in order to activate the crystals, it is necessary for the Incendiary Energizer, the Freezing Energizer, the normal Sýrmata Pupa and the normal Translenergic to be linked by a sincere friendship. The Double Z leader immediately mentions Eleftero and his friends, informing that among them are the necessary types of Energies and that they boast that bond. Maioregradu comments that this is truly fortunate. The Double Z leader continues to outline the plan: first, they will be in charge of searching for the fragments of the Revelindustria in the forest and collecting all the stones of the river, which will be checked with the powder, resting after completing this phase; subsequently, they will dedicate themselves to the search for the girl in the village, considering it probable that she is inside it, given the presence of numerous Energics; after which they will take care of the crystals, of which they already know the position, stating that they have written down the position on a sheet of paper, where they have meticulously marked each single stage. He then shows the sheet to those present. A member of the group asks, curious, why not start immediately with the crystals too, since they know where to find them. The leader replies that the place is far away and that it is better to first focus on finding the most difficult objects to find. Then, resuming the explanation, he lists the next stages: the capture of the necessary Energics and, finally, the evocation of the nightmare, prelude to the final invasion. Tenebrisesse, turning to the three members of his group, observes that the plan seems interesting. One of them suggests inviting Maioregradu to join them, but Tenebrisesse shakes his head: Maioregradu seems too close to the leader of the Double Z and is rapidly gaining notoriety within the group, making it unlikely that he will betray them. The companion then asks if, in order to implement the Double Z plan, they intend to sabotage them, but Tenebrisesse objects that they would lose the possibility of monitoring the rivals' moves and insists on the importance of staying informed. The companion specifies that he did not intend to propose a collective sabotage action, but rather suggested that one of them could do it. Tenebrisesse reiterates his refusal to sabotage, arguing that, since there are four of them within the enemy group, they will be able to develop better strategies than when there were three of them. He also adds that, for the moment, the Double Z could be useful in reconstructing the clock, which it will then be possible to steal from them later. He emphasizes that, as soon as the opportunity to act without being discovered arises, it will be necessary to take possession of the sheet with the boss's plan to know the location of the crystals and take them, leaving some men on site as a surprise for the Double Z, when they try to take possession of the crystals.why not start with the crystals right away, since they know where to find them. Meanwhile, Mariana is at the river, intent on observing the usual rare fish swimming placidly in the waters. As the fish slowly heads towards the river current, Mariana continues to follow it with her gaze and notices, not far away on the bank, a little girl who, lost in chasing a butterfly, advances without paying attention to her steps, approaching the water. Mariana calls her, shouting at her to be careful, as she rushes towards her. But, an instant before the girl falls into the river, an invisible force holds her back, pushing her backwards and saving her from falling. Three girls approach the girl and, with delicate gestures, help her up. The girl has delicate features, pale skin and freckles scattered across her face. She has large, light blue-gray eyes, which seem deep and absorbed, transmitting a thoughtful and calm expression. Her hair is light brown, bob-cut, wavy and quite voluminous, framing her face with softness. She wears a light sweater over a plain T-shirt, creating a sober and natural look, which reflects a sense of reserve. The first of the girls next to her has a slim and agile build, with delicate features, attentive and slightly reserved eyes, and light brown hair left loose. The second is more robust and athletic, with a confident posture and a protective, almost watchful gaze. She has eyes that express determination and intensity, and her hair is jet black and straight, tied in a ponytail for practicality. The last one has a slightly taller and slimmer build, with an elegant and reserved bearing. Her features are defined, and her gaze is more calm and thoughtful. Her hair is dark brown, long and well-groomed, with a hairstyle that shows refinement. The taller girl tells Mariana not to worry, explaining that she and the others are keeping an eye on her sister. She then approaches her sister, hugs her, and gives her a kiss on the cheek. Then, turning back to Mariana, she specifies that shortly before her sister had remained a short distance away from them, intent on playing chess while they were having a picnic, and that they had positioned themselves so that they could observe her. She emphasizes that, as soon as she saw her follow the butterfly towards the river, she created some threads and sent them towards her, managing to push her back before she could fall. Mariana asks if they didn't want to have a picnic with her sister. Mariana then asks her if they didn't want to have a picnic with her sister. The tall girl replies that they had prepared everything precisely to be together, but her sister had chosen to sit a little further away. She adds, however, that they never lost sight of her, ready to intervene if necessary. Finally, she emphasizes that, when she concentrates on something, the sister completely distances herself from the world around her to the point that she was in danger of falling into the water following a butterfly. Mariana introduces herself to the girls and, with a smile, asks them their names. The first to respond is the girl with the slim and agile build, who introduces herself as Misankalià. Immediately after, the robust girl next to her says her name is Misanira. Finally, the tall girl introduces herself as Mononoika. Mariana turns to the smaller girl, also asking her name, but the girl remains silent. Mononoika then stops hugging her sister, stands in front of her, puts a hand on her shoulder and, smiling, tells her, in a slightly higher tone, that Mariana would like to know her name. The girl in a detached tone answers that her name is Eila, and Mononoika explains to Mariana that her sister's real name is Eira, but that she has difficulty pronouncing some sounds and cannot say it correctly. Then she adds that the surname of all of them is Gale. Mariana, with a gentle nod, says that her last name is Taibi. Then, she states that she is eighteen and, curiously, asks the girls how old they are. Misankalià immediately responds, revealing that she is also eighteen; Misanira says she is twenty, while Mononoika smiles saying that she is twenty-two. Eira, with her usual detachment, states that she is "twe-twelfe" years old. Misankalià smiles sweetly and caresses her sister's head with an affectionate kiss. Mariana, noticing that Eira has kept her mouth open the whole time, asks the young woman's sisters if this is normal. Misankalià calmly explains that Eira has a particular genetic condition: a particular conformation of the lungs, connected to the mouth and ears, which creates a flow of air thanks to an internal turbine. This is activated, expelling air from both the oral cavity and the Eustachian tubes. Some boys approach the girls and one of them asks Misanira if she has a boyfriend. Misanira shakes her head and says no, and the boy, happy with the answer, comes closer until he touches her, takes her hand and declares that he wants to be her boyfriend. With a polite smile, she pulls her hand away and gently pushes him away, explaining that she doesn't want a boyfriend and doesn't like having men too close. The boy, touched, lets a tear slip and asks her, hopefully, if she doesn't want to at least try. Misankalià, moved, speaks to him affectionately, telling him that rejection is part of life and that, without a doubt, he will find other girls who will appreciate him. The boy, with enthusiasm, quickly hugs Misankalià, exclaiming that she truly understands him. Misankalià, however, replies that she can't stand hugs and, with a decisive gesture, pushes him away, pushing him towards Mononoika, who pulls back, apologizing and explaining that she doesn't like being too close to people who aren't part of the family. The girls decide to return home and invite Mariana to see where they live. Mariana enthusiastically accepts. Mononoika stands in front of Eira, puts a hand on her shoulder and tells her that they are returning, asking her if she agrees. Eira starts walking, while Mononoika takes her hand and asks her to wait, explaining that they must first retrieve the basket, the tablecloth and the chessboard. They gather everything and set off towards their hut, with Mariana following.
As they walk, Mariana notices that Eira seems more distant from her sister than before and asks her if this distancing is a sign of a desire to go in that direction. Mononoika smiles and explains that when she walks, Eira tends to move slightly to the side, whether she is absorbed in her thoughts or fully aware of her surroundings. She then explains that if Eira really wanted to go in that direction, she would look at her and pull her toward it. She says that for this reason, when they go out with Eira, since she tends to quickly get lost in her thoughts, at least one of the sisters holds her hand during the walk, so as to keep an eye on her. She explains that as long as Eira does not show signs of discomfort about this, they can continue to take her out; but that as soon as she decides she no longer wants to hold hands, it will be difficult to get her to leave the house. She goes on to explain that Eira, at only twelve years old, is still too young to be able to take care of herself independently, and her well-being is the primary responsibility of her parents. However, since they were unable to reach the village due to work commitments, they entrusted Eira to them, who, eager to give her a few peaceful days away from the city, insisted with her parents to obtain permission to take her with them to the village. She states that this has placed on them the responsibility of watching over the safety and well-being of their little sister, making sure that every moment spent together can be, for her, peaceful and protected. She then explains that, if Eira one day were to refuse to take one of them by the hand, they will try to make her understand the importance of this gesture. However, if Eira still did not want to hold her hand, they would not be able to take her out, since, when she is lost in her thoughts, she tends to walk without being aware of what is happening around her, which makes walking dangerous, especially in the city, among the cars. She adds that, in the village, since there are no cars, they could allow her the freedom to walk alone, following her closely and helping her, if necessary, at least for the outward journey. She asks the other sisters for confirmation, and they agree and nod.
They arrive at the hut, and Mononoika, with the usual method, informs Eira that they have reached their destination. Eira sits on the ground and starts playing with her chess. Inside the hut, numerous river stones are scattered everywhere. Mariana asks the girls how long they have been in the village and if they collect those river stones. With a smile, she also says that she has one, although it is no longer in good condition. From her pocket she takes out a half of a blue stone, visibly damaged, due to the fight she had with Saevalacerta. The girls show an expression of displeasure: they imagine how beautiful that blue stone must have been, especially looking at the intact ones scattered around the hut. Mariana nods, confirming that it was, but that it is okay, and gently puts the stone back down. Mononoika, answering the questions, explains that she and her sisters arrived in the village only today and that those stones were already present in the hut. She points out that, in fact, they even seem to have decreased. : Then he continues, recalling how the seller, after having led them to the hut upon their arrival in the village, had told them how it had been occupied, until recently, by a friend of the old deceased owner, who had settled there to guard his memory. The seller's story continues by explaining how, initially, the girl was reluctant to give up the hut; however, as the days passed, he managed to convince her and, in the end, she agreed to sell it to him. Suddenly, two members of the Double Z enter the hut and, seeing the girls, apologize, explaining that they thought it was uninhabited and that they had taken some of the stones. The girls reassure them by saying that, if they want, they can take them all away, since they are not interested. One of the two members of the Double Z, surprised, asks if they can really take them for free, but the other scolds him in a low voice, warning him not to ask questions like that, otherwise the girls might really charge for those stones. So, the members of Double Z pick up more rocks and walk away from the hut, visibly satisfied. Mononoika, with her usual method, asks Eira if she feels the need to go to the bathroom. Eira, then, suspends the chess game and heads for the bathroom. At that point, Mariana turns to Mononoika asking if Eira doesn't usually go on her own initiative. Mononoika, with an understanding smile, explains that her sister, when she is immersed in something, tends to ignore the need until it becomes urgent, pointing out that holding back for too long can have unpleasant consequences. She adds that she and the other sisters always make sure that Eira takes care of herself: they remind her to take a bath, since otherwise she tends to forget or put it off, and to make small snacks, which she would otherwise skip. She also explains that they call her for breakfast, because if she is absorbed in something she risks postponing it, finding the food cold, that when they go out they ask her if she wants to come with them, since she never leaves the house, that when they go out they ask her if she wants to come with them, since she never leaves the house, and that they try to make studying more pleasant for her, so that she does not neglect it. Finally, Mononoika asks Mariana how they can organize themselves for the water in the hut and for the food, and Mariana explains the village system to them. When she finishes the explanation, the girls thank her warmly, and Mariana replies that she is happy to have been able to help them. At that moment, Eleftero calls Mariana, informing her that he and the others are planning to go on a tour together and inviting her to join. Mariana accepts with a smile, and he suggests that they meet in front of their hut. Before leaving, Mariana says goodbye to the girls, explaining that she has to go; they return the greeting warmly, urging her to stop by and visit them every now and then. Mariana promises that she will, then walks away, leaving the hut.
Mariana joins her friends, and they begin their walk together. During the walk, Introvertefila comments that the village is small and only offers huts to the eye, while the city was much larger, with a variety of buildings and other cities nearby. She points out that walking in the village ends up being monotonous and adds that it would have been better to create a place dedicated to the Energetics in some abandoned urban area. Mariana agrees and adds that, with the creation of the village, the landscape has lost some of its beauty. Eleftero, however, responds that it is not certain that there are abandoned urban areas and points out that the landscape is not ruined, since much of the flowery meadow is still free of huts. Introvertefila confesses that she misses Severpoli and her parents. Misofova then tells her that, with school starting again, they could take a tour of Severpoli before returning to the village, and perhaps visit her parents. Introvertefila considers the idea of stopping in Severpoli from time to time, returning to the village the next day. Misofova assures her that she could do it, and adds that life in the village will help her become more independent. Filofilia tells Misofova that missing her family does not mean lacking independence. Sibilla, while reading a book, intervenes, telling how, when Eleftero informed them of the village project, they also informed their family, to find out if they would like to join the community of Energici only. She emphasizes, however, that this does not mean that they cannot manage on their own. Misofova nods and reiterates that, in any case, living in the village offers the advantage of learning to be independent for those who are not yet, and of strengthening this ability in those who already have it. Eleftero agrees, explaining that Misofova did not mean to offend Introvertefila by emphasizing that the experience in the village could increase her independence. Introvertefila then responds calmly, remembering that she knows well that Misofova, being her cousin's girlfriend, would never insult her. Shortly after, they meet Provolí and Servubtus and greet them warmly. Eleftero asks them if they are on a break from building the huts. Provolí, while eating some fruit, replies that they have worked so hard that they forgot about the morning meal and that now they are recovering their energy to get back to work. Misofova observes that it is hard to work all day, but Provolí replies that it is not tiring if you do what you like. He explains that many people end up not liking their job because they choose their future in advance, deciding to take up a pre-established profession and taking away the possibility of studying something else with the same intensity. He adds that nothing is decided and that the future cannot be rigidly planned, inviting people to adapt and study only for the pure love of knowledge, because what they learn can be useful or not. Eleftero agrees with his uncle. Provolí recommends that the kids have fun while they can, to make the most of the summer days before school starts again. She then finishes eating the last fruit, and together with Servubtus she greets the boys, who return the greeting, before they both go back to work. Misofova tells her friends that maybe the problem is not the village that is monotonous, but they who have started to have the wrong thought. She says that they have started to think that a stimulating and varied environment is needed to have fun, but in reality the limit is within them since they do not try to understand what fun they could do with what they have. Introvertefila then suggests playing ball, but Misofova reminds her that they have already done it, suggesting instead that it would be better to try something new. Igneusapillo, then, suggests exploring the forest, and Sibilla and Filofilia agree, adding that they do it often, and reassure the others that, during the day, the risk of encountering wild animals is very low. Misofova, however, replies that she does not feel like doing something like that at the moment. Not discouraged, Igneusapillo then suggests going to Severpolis to buy riddle games and then returning, but Misofova points out that it would take too long and would be better to postpone it to another occasion. Then, Introvertefila suggests making kites with strings, but Misofova, ever skeptical, observes that they would not be moved by the wind, but only by their own will, which would make the activity meaningless. Misofova has an idea and asks Introvertefila to create strings, explaining that she has something fun in mind. Introvertefila obeys, and Misofova takes control of the strings, joins them, expands them until they give them the shape of a huge car with massive wheels. Then, she fills them with energy, invites everyone to get on and, by manipulating the wires, makes the big car speed by. While she is on the big car, Mariana notices the damage they are causing to the lawn and asks Misofova to stop. Misofova obeys and asks her why, and Mariana explains that the car made of wires leaves obvious traces and uproots the flowers, killing them. Misofova points out that even walking damages the lawn, but Mariana replies that the impact of footsteps is much less than that of a passing car, and points out that, since the village is immersed in the lawn, it is necessary to walk on it for various reasons. She adds that, instead, there is no real need to use a car made of wires. Misofova, albeit reluctantly, destroys Introvertefila's wires and suggests going to the river to create a motorboat, so as not to cause damage.
Once they arrive at the river, they see the Double Zs busy collecting the stones inside it. Mariana, curious, asks them if they have decided to collect those stones, and comments that it would be a shame to remove them all. The Double Zs answer that they are simply collecting the stones to carefully examine them in their hut, hoping to find some valuable ones; they assure her that they will bring them back soon and that, in any case, the river will bring new ones the next day, as always happens. With that, they leave. Misofova then turns to Introvertefila, asking her to create the threads. As soon as Introvertefila creates them, Misofova takes control of them, wraps them around a tree and creates extensions that she joins together and expands to form a motorboat. Then, she fills the threads with energy and invites everyone to climb aboard. As soon as everyone is ready, she makes the motorboat move, making it speed back and forth on the river. Mariana, however, notices that the fish, disturbed by the movement, are moving fearfully in the water and immediately warns the others, asking Misofova to stop. This time, even Introvertefila joins in the request, saying that she feels compassion for the disturbed fish. Misofova, reluctantly, takes the motorboat back to shore, where everyone gets off. Once on land, Misofova destroys Introvertefila's strings and asks her to create more. Then, she joins the ends and extends them until she obtains a small car, which she starts to move on the ground. Introvertefila follows suit and together they have fun crashing their string cars. At one point, Misofova blurts out, complaining that Mariana is even more restrictive than their parents. Mariana, however, remains firm and observes that those actions were disrespectful and that, in fact, using the car turned out to be harmful. Misofova, addressing Mariana, accuses her of being a spoilsport, claiming that she is getting in the way of their fun. Mariana, although she had simply defended the flowers and fish, feels a sense of sadness at Misofova's words, but chooses to ignore the statement, letting it slide without responding. Eleftero then intervenes, stating that Mariana is not a spoilsport at all and that there are better ways to have fun with strings. Meanwhile, Introvertefila, absorbed in her toy car, suggests that it would be interesting if it were possible to color strings. Eleftero says that one should not develop one's powers in the village. At that point, Eleftero reminds her that in the village it is not allowed to develop one's powers. Introvertefila, calmly and with a slight smile on her lips, replies that she never had any intention of doing so, pointing out that, in any case, it would be impossible. Misofova, with a provocative tone, addresses Eleftero, insinuating that he seems to be denying the original idea of the village, a place born to allow the Energetics to freely use their powers. Eleftero replies that the use of powers is welcome, but the only rule to honor is that they must not be enhanced.
Meanwhile, in the Double Z hut, the group carefully arranges the stones on a net, held firmly by a wooden machine. When all the stones are arranged, they lower the net into a tub full of dust from the revealing stones and wait for them to touch the bottom. Then they extract the net and select three luminous stones. The leader observes that the stone with the unique color is still missing, to which Maioregradu replies confidently that they will find it soon. The Double Z create their threads and, with them, lift the net full of stones, carrying it to the river, where they empty it. The huge amount of stones blocks the flow of water, and Mariana, seeing the river still and the fish suffering without water, promptly intervenes. With both hands, Mariana creates the threads and joins the threads of each hand together, forming two distinct plots. Then she expands them, and with the threads of one hand she creates a container, while with those of the other she models a toilet brush. Having placed the container in front of the pile of stones, she uses the brush to push them inside. Once the stones are collected, she moves the strings towards the bank, destroys them and lets the pile of stones fall to the ground. Mariana addresses the Double Z in a stern tone, explaining that they should not have dumped so many stones into the river. In doing so, they had risked compromising the life of the fish and the water supply for all those who quenched their thirst beyond the river. The Double Z complain fervently that nothing satisfies Mariana: first she regrets that they take stones from the river, and then she scolds them for having put too many inside, finally deciding to leave. The group's words weigh on Mariana's heart, bringing her to a deep sadness. Eleftero, sensing her state of mind, approaches to console her, assuring her that she has not made any mistake and that it was right to call the Double Z out for their action.
Meanwhile, Maioregradu and some members of the Double Z group go to the Gale sisters to ask them if, among the stones they had in the hut before they took them away, they had noticed one of a different color than the others. The sisters reply that they do not know, and among them, Mononoika intervenes, adding that she has not checked. However, she specifies that the only stone of a different color than those in the pile is in Mariana's possession; however, she specifies that that stone is her property, it does not come from the pile, and it is only half a stone with obvious signs of breakage. Maioregradu thanks the sisters for the information and leaves. Outside the girls' hut, Maioregradu turns to the group and asks them to tell him who Mariana is. Together, they begin to walk around the village until the group spots Mariana and her friends intent on talking to Provolí. Mariana is holding a pile of stones, collected and wrapped between her energy threads made into the shape of a basket. The group informs Maioregradu that Mariana is the girl with the basket. With a nod, Maioregradu invites his group to follow him and, after hiding behind a hut, he communicates that, as long as it was simply a matter of collecting stones, they could proceed autonomously; but now, instead, the time has come to implement their strategy. With a careful look, Maioregradu scans the environment in search of an attractive boy. His eyes rest on a tall, muscular, blond young man, intent on talking to some friends. Having found the boy, Maioregradu creates the threads and, holding them low, directs them towards him. As soon as they reach the boy's shoulders, Maioregradu raises the threads, makes them penetrate the boy's back and takes total control of the young man, who abruptly interrupts his speech. The boy's friends call him, addressing him with the name of Fulvio, and ask him why he stopped suddenly. Dominated by Maioregradu, Fulvio replies that he has a commitment and that he has to go, waving goodbye to his friends as he heads towards Mariana.
Eleftero enthusiastically states that it was a great idea to give the stones to his uncle, so he can sell them. Mariana nods, sharing her thought, while Introvertefila expresses her joy at the idea that Provolí will share the profits with them. At that moment, Fulvio approaches, introducing himself to the boys with a smile and a friendly attitude. Staring at Mariana, he confides that he has never seen such a beautiful girl in his entire life, while Eleftero observes the scene with a serious expression. Mariana, taken by surprise, thanks him, and Fulvio asks her if she has a boyfriend. When she says no, he comments that it is strange that a girl as beautiful as her has not yet found someone by her side, expressing the opinion that perhaps she has not yet met anyone of her stature. Mariana, with a shy expression, states in a low tone that she does not feel superior to anyone. Fulvio, trying to cheer her up, replies that she should not be so hard on herself and that she should recognize her intrinsic value. With an affectionate gesture, he gently caresses her face, saying that her external beauty reflects the sweetness and internal beauty that come from her good heart. Mariana, with a sad expression, replies that she does not believe this. Fulvio apologizes, worried that he said something wrong, and suggests that they make up for it by going to get something from Severpoli, so they can eat together when he returns. Mariana insists on telling him not to do it, explaining that there is no need and that her change of mood does not depend on him, but is a personal problem. Fulvio, however, replies that he knows that she does not want to make him feel guilty, but that it is important for him to make up for his mistake. Fulvio tells Mariana that he will come to see her in four hours and invites her not to have lunch, since he intends to get something for their meal that will fill them up. Mariana, perplexed, asks him if he knows the place where she lives; he replies that he will find out and promises that he will come without her having to make any effort to meet him. She offers to show him the cabin, but Fulvio stops her by saying that there is no need to bother and that he will arrive at her place at the appointed time, and takes his leave by saying goodbye to her and her friends, promising that they will see each other again soon. Maioregradu makes Fulvio sit behind a cabin near the one where he and his companions are positioned, and makes him take the phone. Maioregradu discreetly observes Teen Ship's number on his phone, while through Fulvio's body he writes the number on his phone and initiates the call. When Teen Ship answers, Fulvio introduces himself with a friendly greeting and, politely, asks him to buy him some steaming spaghetti, some fragrant pizzas, some hot salmon, some fresh oysters and, finally, a heart-shaped chocolate cake. Fulvio asks him to deliver everything to him at the beginning of the Energici village, assuring him that he will be generously rewarded for his trouble. Teen Ship enthusiastically accepts, promising to arrive as soon as possible, and bids farewell. One of Maioregradu's companions, suspicious, asks him if he really intends to deliver a large sum of money to Teen Ship. With a subtle gesture, Maioregradu uses Fulvio to explore the latter's pockets, discovering a sum of 500 lumdollars there. With an affirmative nod, he informs his companions that he will add something of his own and, once the price has been established, he will offer 200 additional lumdollars to Teen Ship for the service. Then he has Fulvio approach him, gives him 2000 lumdollars and puts them back in his pocket, before having him return to his place behind the previous hut. One of his companions asks him if, while he does not need it, he will let Fulvio go free. Maioregradu shakes his head and replies that no, he won't: he will keep the copy of his soul inside Fulvio until Revelindustria is operational.
Meanwhile, Mariana and her friends, walking through the streets of the village, observe some inhabitants intent on tearing up tufts of grass and picking flowers to clear a space where they can place, in the center, some wooden sticks to burn. They carefully light the fire to cook the meat of the animals they have just hunted, while ensuring that the lawn is not at risk of catching fire. Eleftero suggests doing the same, enthusiastically emphasizing how essential meat is to maintaining good health. Introvertefila, however, firmly opposes, stating that she never wants to control an animal to cause it suffering, a sentiment that Mariana shares. Eleftero reassures them with a smile, guaranteeing that they won't have to worry: he will take care of everything. Convinced, the boys head towards the forest. Inside the forest, the boys come across birds and small rodents that, being small creatures, Eleftero considers unworthy of hunting. But when they come across a group of wild boars at a certain distance, Eleftero draws out the internal energy of each of the boars and takes their souls in his hands, leaving their bodies lifeless. Misofova says she remembers when Eleftero said he had done the same thing, when he brought a dead tiger to the village, and Eleftero nods in silent confirmation. An anguished introvert, she confides in Eleftero that, when he told her about his new power, she had not imagined it was possible to use it from such a great distance. She adds that the knowledge of the existence of such an ability gives her a shiver of uneasiness. Eleftero tries to reassure her, saying that he will never teach anyone how to master that power, stressing that it would be dangerous if it fell into the wrong hands. Mariana observes that someone could still learn it on their own, but Eleftero reminds her that, in the Glade, the Sýrmata Pupa cannot use their powers and that, in the village, he does not allow anyone to develop their powers. With a smile, he tells her not to worry. Sibilla, observing the souls in Eleftero's hands, comments that they are not similar to the dark souls that looked like small crawling ghosts, with eyes, mouths and hands; these, instead, resemble large potatoes. Eleftero reflects and answers that perhaps, inside the body, the soul takes on a different form. Then, he puts the souls back into the boars and adds that, before returning to the village, he wants to find some other animals. Eleftero, Misofova, Igneusapillo and Anney lift the bodies of the four boars and place them on their shoulders, returning to advance into the forest. Walking through the forest, the boys do not find many medium-sized animals, only deer and fallow deer that quickly flee. So Elefthero, as soon as he meets some mice, decides to hunt them, and quickly leaves them helpless, even though they are small and fast. He ends up having five mice, which he holds in one of his hands along with two legs of the boar. After catching the last mouse, the boys notice the body of a raccoon full of ants. What strikes them is a golden metallic object that sticks out from the remains of the carcass. Introvertefila decides to inspect the metallic piece. So, he creates the threads, which he joins and expands until they give them the shape of a brush. With this, he begins to move the raccoon's body away from the ants, then moves on to clean it from the remaining ones. As soon as an ant climbs on the threads, even though they are invisible, Introvertefila immediately destroys them. Having cleaned the carcass, Introvertefila takes out the golden triangular-shaped object. Observing it, he notices a smooth face and the other engraved with figures of heroes of the Glade facing nightmares. Elefthero, fascinated by the object, asks Introvertefila if he can keep the metallic piece, and she agrees by giving it to him. Eleftero suggests showing it to the Grand Master, hoping that he can reveal something about the mysterious object. The boys agree and set off towards the Grand Master’s residence. During the journey, Introvertefila turns to Eleftero, expressing his intention to no longer participate in future hunting trips, as it makes him feel sorry to see the animals die. Mariana intervenes, declaring that she also prefers not to come. Eleftero listens to their words and, understanding their feelings, states that from now on he will go alone or with whoever wants to accompany him.
Arriving in front of the Grand Master, the boys ask him if he knows anything about the golden object. The old man reflects for a moment, saying that he feels like he has read something in his books. Then, with an idea that seems to illuminate him, he asks if he can take a photo of the mysterious piece. Eleftero, nodding, offers him the object. The Grand Master grabs the triangle and, with his phone, immortalizes both sides of the golden metal. After taking the photos, he returns the piece to Eleftero, who carefully places it in his pocket. The Grand Master reassures the young people by saying that if he finds anything, he will let them know. The boys thank him, greeting him respectfully and heading towards the exit, except for the Cervelli sisters, who decide to stay with their grandfather to help him. Once outside the Grand Master's hut, the young people head towards their hut, where they put the hunted animals. While they arrange the loot, Mariana notices the time: Fulvio will arrive soon. With a light gesture, she takes a comb from her backpack and begins to comb her hair. Misofova, with an encouraging smile, wishes her good luck and suggests the others leave her alone for the meeting. Eleftero specifies that she only has to take some fruit from his backpack, so as not to disturb them if their meeting continues into the afternoon. Misofova, however, states that she will collect more from the forest, if she feels the need. Mariana reassures her friends, inviting them not to worry, adding that the hut is theirs too, and it is right that they can come and go freely. Misofova replies that the hut is only there to store their personal effects and respond to their needs, and that not going in is not a big problem. Then she turns to Igneusapillo and Introvertefila, asking if they want to go to the river to invent games with strings; they both enthusiastically accept and, saying goodbye to the others, walk away. Shortly after, Anney decides to spend some time outside and, with Icey hugging her, they walk away together. While Mariana is combing her hair, Eleftero takes some fruit out of his backpack and, with a smile, asks her if she likes Fulvio. Mariana replies that Fulvio is cute, but that what really matters is character; she confesses that she doesn't know him well yet, but adds that, if he has a good character, maybe it could work between them. Eleftero tells her that whatever choice she makes, the important thing is that she is happy, and adds that he hopes that, if Mariana and Fulvio get together, he never asks her to distance herself from her friends. Mariana says that, if Fulvio decided to make such a request, he would show that he does not love her, and she, in that case, would leave him. She also adds that she would leave him because, if Fulvio asked her to distance herself from her friends, he would create instability in their relationship, a condition that could even lead her to betray him. Finally, she concludes by stating that it would be impossible for her to accept a loveless and uncertain relationship. Eleftero, admired, recognizes her remarkable maturity and suggests, once the meeting with Fulvio is over, that they meet with him and the others to cook the meat of the animals they have hunted together. Mariana accepts with a smile, and Eleftero, while he begins to taste one of the fruits he has taken, says goodbye to her, saying that he will take a turn and leave the hut. Shortly after, Fulvio arrives, still subjugated by the dominion of the copy of Maioregradu's soul, with a basket well covered by a duvet. Mariana greets him and he, returning the greeting, confesses to her that, seeing her, his eyes begin to shine again thanks to her light. Fulvio's words embarrass her, and he sits on the floor, removing the duvet from the basket and carefully taking out the food and cutlery. Mariana begins to eat the spaghetti and Fulvio follows her, enjoying the dish with the same silent pleasure. When they finish, Fulvio notices a residue of sauce on her lips; he takes a napkin and, kindly, cleans her mouth. He explains the reason for the gesture, and Mariana thanks him shyly, a slight smile that touches her lips. Then Mariana moves on to the pizzas, and Fulvio continues to follow her in her choices, letting himself be guided by her tastes. While they eat, he reaches into his pocket and pulls out a stone, telling Mariana that he found several stones with strange symbols in the river. He emphasizes how fascinating they are and adds that, among all of them, he chose the stone he is holding to take with him. Mariana agrees that the stones in the river are fascinating and says she has one too. Then, smiling, he takes out his half blue stone, characterized by various breaks, from his pocket. He shows it to Fulvio, emphasizing that, even if it is not in excellent condition, it is his stone collected in the river. Fulvio then tells her about his sister's passion for special stones, emphasizing that that blue stone, unique among those in the river, would certainly enrich his collection. Mariana, feeling a little embarrassed, apologizes and explains that she cares a lot about that object and does not want to give it away. Fulvio, with an understanding smile, assures her that he understands perfectly and that he will not insist, adding that forcing her to separate from her half stone would ruin her beauty. After this exchange, the two continue to eat all the food that Fulvio has brought, savoring each dish with gusto, until they get to the heart-shaped chocolate cake. At this point, Fulvio offers to give Mariana the cake to eat, wishing that she could fully concentrate on the taste and savor the dessert. But Mariana replies that she prefers to eat alone, and Fulvio can't help but praise her, commenting that it was obvious that a pretty girl like her could not help but be independent. Once the dessert is finished, Fulvio takes Mariana's hands and tells her that they are delicate, just like his soul. Then, releasing her hands, he begins to create invisible threads with one hand, charging them with energy and directing them towards his pocket. He looks into her eyes intensely and, with his other hand, touches her hair, observing that her blond highlights capture the light in an extraordinary way, striking anyone who sees her. Finally, he adds that her blue eyes represent a beauty and a depth similar to that of the sea. Fulvio, using his threads, which have reached Mariana's pocket, takes the half stone out of Mariana's pocket, takes it in his hand laughing, stating that the only thing that interested him was that stone, before running away with it. In the Double Z hut, Maioregradu tells the other members of the group that he took the stone, and everyone compliments him, including the leader, who emphasizes that since the first day he has glimpsed something special in Maioregradu compared to the others.
Meanwhile, Mariana leaves the hut and follows Fulvio, tears streaming down her face as she screams that he has deceived her. With the pain that tightens her chest, she creates the threads and charges them with energy, directing them towards him. Fulvio turns around for a moment, notices the threads and, in a detached tone, tells her that she was the one who trusted him. Without stopping, he adds that trying to dominate other creatures with threads is much worse than stealing a stone. Mariana says she doesn't want to dominate him, explaining that his threads are full of energy, since they can't dominate anyone. Fulvio, in his escape, moves continuously, to prevent Mariana's threads from reaching his hand and tearing the stone away from him. Without turning around, he throws cruel words at her, asking her how she could ever think that someone could love her. He mocks her, calling her ugly: her yellow hair is so unpleasant that it seems to burn the reins of the eyes of those who look at her, and they should cover both of her eyes, instead of hiding just one. Her blue eyes, he adds with contempt, are like tears that fall on anyone who looks at them, almost regretting having laid eyes on such a disgrace. Mariana, still in tears, accuses him of being a hypocrite. Fulvio, without a moment's hesitation, creates some threads of his own, fills them with energy and, with a sharp blow, throws them at her, hitting her legs with a sharp blow. Mariana falls to the ground, on her knees, while Fulvio quickly walks away without looking back. Mariana remains on the ground, continuing to cry, hurt by Fulvio's cruelty. He deceived her, pretending to love her only to steal her stone, and then, without any mercy, humiliates her by hitting her appearance, the same one that until a moment before he had exalted.

Mariana gets up, still in pain from the wounds on her knees from the fall, and slowly heads toward the cabin. After a few hours, Eleftero calls her to ask if Fulvio is still there or if they can join her to cook the animals. Mariana, with a slight sadness in her voice, replies that Fulvio has already left and that they can come. When her friends arrive, they find her with grazed knees and a look of melancholy. Eleftero, noticing the wounds, asks her what happened, and she, a little dejected, explains that she fell. Eleftero, sensing that there is something else bothering her, asks her if there is something wrong. Mariana then confesses that Fulvio tricked her to steal her blue stone and give it to her sister, a passionate collector of rare stones. Misofova comments that love is always destructive. Mariana shakes her head and clarifies that it is not about that, explaining that she was not in love with Fulvio. Instead, she emphasizes how mean it was for Fulvio to deceive her just to steal a stone that, for her, had a special value. Misofova suggests that, if it's just the stone that's the problem, she could find another one at the river, one that's whole and without defects. Mariana, however, replies that that stone brought back precious memories, which cannot be easily replaced. Eleftero, remembering the conversation they had when they found that stone, tells her that there are many blue objects that could bring back to her mind the sea and the experiences she had with her father. Mariana says that, when she fell into the sea as a child, she saw pebbles under the water. She says that no other stone has a natural blue like the sea, bringing back to her mind that precious memory. She also emphasizes how, recently, that stone brought back to her memory another moment: a day when, together with her father, she was in a cave with a small lake full of colored stones, adorned with polka dots and white stripes. Her father had shown her a peculiarity of that lake: it was enough to illuminate one or more stones with a beam of light, and they would come to life with tiny bright points, which would pass their glow to the surrounding stones, making the others sparkle too, creating a wonderful effect in the water. She adds that, although there were large stones in the lake and not rocks, and the stripes of the stones did not resemble those of the stones in the river, this memory came back to her mind, making that stone a precious source of her father's memories. Elefthero holds her in a reassuring embrace and promises that, after cooking the meat of the hunted animals, he will help her recover her stone. He adds that, if their efforts fail, he will report Fulvio to the heroes, so that she can get back what belongs to her. Misofova intervenes, telling Elefthero that there is no need to involve the heroes, since this would create obstacles for the villagers to use their powers for a stone that they can take back without external intervention. Then Elefthero turns to Mariana, asking her if she wants to stay with them while they prepare the meat or if she prefers a moment of solitude. Mariana replies that she wants to join them. So, Elefthero takes some scrapers from his backpack, grabs a wild boar and the mice, and then invites the others to take the other three wild boars. Misofova, Igneusapillo and Anney take the wild boars and together with the others leave the hut. Elefthero arranges some stones in a compact circle in front of the hut, a little away from it. In the center of the circle he places some twigs collected in the forest, and on the sides of the circle he plants two sticks in the ground, each with a hole in the center of the handle, then he turns to Anney and asks her to light the twigs placed on the rocks. Anney immediately gets to work, creates the threads, arranges them on the twigs and lights the fire, letting the flames begin to blaze. Eleftero distributes a scraper to each of his friends, except Anney. Then he grabs a wild boar and asks her to prepare more threads to burn its hair. She creates more threads and, setting them on fire, uses them to burn the animal's hair, which Eleftero holds firmly. Once the first boar is finished, they move on to the others and then to the mice, while the other members of the group, with a scraper in hand, begin to scrape the burnt hair. Once the work of burning and scraping the animal hair is finished, Eleftero tells the group that it is necessary to go and get some water from the river to clean the wild boars. Misofova, Igneusapillo and Introvertefila offer to get the water. Taking the boxes from the hut, they head to the river. On their way back, with care and dedication, they dedicate themselves to cleaning the animals, preparing them for cooking. Then, Eleftero sticks a long stick into the mouth of a wild boar, making it come out on the other side; then he places it over the flames and begins to turn it slowly, so that the meat cooks evenly. He repeats the process for the other boars and, finally, arranges the mice together, roasting them all in one go. Once ready, the meat is served. Noticing the abundance, they decide to share the meal with the other inhabitants of the village, who, at the end of the dinner, express their gratitude with warmth and smiles. After the abundant banquet, Sibilla is called on the phone by her grandfather, who tells her that he has found information about the metal piece. So, the boys set out towards the Grand Master. When they reach the Grand Master, he takes a book and, placing it on the desk, opens it. The boys approach him, carefully observing the pages. As he leafs through the book, the Grand Master begins to tell what he has discovered. He explains that the metal piece found is one of the components of the Revelindustria, an instrument capable of identifying a Repellent Sýrmata Pupa by detecting the pressure of its internal energy. At this point, Sibilla asks in what sense the Repellent Sýrmata Pupa has internal pressure. The Grand Master explains to his granddaughter that, sometimes, due to a rare genetic error, Repellent Sýrmata Pupa can be born. Then, answering her question, he explains that in common Sýrmata Pupa, the internal energy is varied, composed of positive and negative charges, maintaining a natural balance. She goes on to explain that, in the Sýrmata Pupa Repellents, instead, an unusual phenomenon is generated: the energy is organized into an internal part and a covering that repel each other. However, being unable to exit the body, the covering only moves away up to a certain limit, thus creating a constant pressure. She goes on to describe how their threads also have a similar energetic organization, with the covering and the internal part organized on multiple levels, with contiguous layers and an external part of the covering with a negative charge. She adds that the covering remains cohesive thanks to small attachments in its central layers, and points out that, instead, in the center of the tip of the threads and at the point of attachment of the threads to the finger of the hand from which they originate, there is a positive charge that acts as a bond between the internal part and the covering. Misofova asks what the purpose of Revelindustria is. The Grand Master tells her that the Revelindustria was created by a hero who, after experiencing the terrible invasion of a Repellent Sýrmata Pupa, wanted to have a tool to recognize these particular Sýrmata Pupa and keep them under control. He explains, however, that since they are extremely rare, the hero has never managed to find them. He says that during the invasion, the Repellent Sýrmata Pupa created its threads, completely enveloping the city or village it wanted to conquer, anchoring them to the buildings, charging them slightly with energy, just enough to allow them to come into contact with matter, so as not to increase resistance. He continues by explaining that the Sýrmata Pupa did not apply enough force to destroy the buildings, so, by tightening their grip, the external coating pressed towards the internal part, challenging the energetic repulsion between the two parts and finally causing a devastating explosion. He claims that the Sýrmata Pupa Repulsente did not reserve this method only for buildings, but also applied it to dreams, bringing not only devastation to the conquered cities and villages, but also claiming a great number of lives. He explains that, for this reason, the hero wanted to know who the Sýrmata Pupa Repellents were, specifying that, after the hero's death, the object was no longer used by anyone else and, eventually, was lost. He continues by narrating that, later, the object began to be sought by some nightmares, attracted by a legend that told how the Sýrmata Pupa Repellents could revive an ancient and powerful incendiary nightmare, one of the first nightmares of the Bubble Dreamer. He explains that, during its invasion, this nightmare set the entire Glade on fire, leaving at the time of its defeat a curse on a cave that, from that day on, began to create crystals, which it is said can be activated by a certain procedure. The elder explains the process and shows some illustrations in the book, relating to the legend and the process to resurrect the nightmare. He concludes by saying that, however, it is only a legend, without any basis in reality. Filofilia comments that it is a fascinating story. Eleftero, with a satisfied smile, states that he obtained the metal piece from Introvertefila, considering it a beautiful souvenir steeped in a wonderful history and legend. Mariana tells the others that she intends to go to the river, seeking relief from the thought of the theft of her stone. Misofova suggests that Igneusapillo and Introvertefila join, suggesting that the river would be a quiet place to have fun with the threads. They accept the invitation, and Eleftero joins to keep Mariana company. They accept the invitation, and Eleftero joins to keep Mariana company. So they all set off towards the river, accompanied by Anney and Icey.
Once they arrive, Mariana approaches the shore to observe the flow of the water. Among the wavy reflections she sees the usual rare fish swimming placidly in the water. A smile lights up her face, and her eyes remain fixed on that creature. In the meantime, Misofova, Igneusapillo and Introvertefila decide to start a game: one of them uses Introvertefila's threads to give life to a creation, adding new details every three mistakes. The others, in the meantime, must try to guess what it is before the work is completely modeled. Introvertefila invites Mariana to join, thinking that it might help her distract herself from the thoughts of the stolen stone, but she declines the offer. While Mariana is enraptured by the observation of the fish, Introvertefila starts the game and, expanding the threads charged with energy, creates a half whale. The creation, large and imposing, suddenly hits Mariana with its half tail, making her fall into the water. Immediately, Introvertefila retracts the threads to their normal shape and uses them to rescue her friend. Falling into the river, Mariana loses consciousness and, unconscious, is crossed by visions: her half blue stone appears first, followed by the mysterious metallic fragment of the Revelindustria, and finally the image of the monster of the legend, as it is illustrated in the book of the Grand Master. The images then transform, revealing the whole and luminous blue stone, held firmly by Fulvio. Then the complete Revelindustria appears, just as described in the book, and finally the monster of the book, enveloped in incandescent flames, which rises again. Mariana, regaining consciousness, reveals in a grave voice that she has had a vision that instills in her a terrible suspicion: Fulvio may be intent on awakening the monster of the legend told them by the Grand Master. Eleftero, reflecting, observes that it is impossible for one man alone to recover everything necessary. Igneusapillo observes that, since Fulvio is a Sýrmata Pupa, he could take control of other people, thus finding allies. Sibilla, thoughtful, suggests that, alternatively, Fulvio could have the support of the Double Z, since they collected stones along the river. Eleftero then suggests to turn to them, to discover the reason for that collection and evaluate if there are malicious intentions.
Determined, they return to the village and approach the first members of the Doppia Z they meet, asking them why they were collecting river stones. Maioregradu, present in the group, clasps his hands behind his back and says that a certain guy, whose name he thinks he remembers, Fulvio, was looking for some particular stones. They, noticing the peculiarity of the river stones, had collected them, along with those present in the collector's hut, to try to sell them to him. However, Fulvio did not find any of those stones interesting and told them that he would pay a lot of money only for a river stone of a different color from the others or that had particular characteristics, since it would be unique. Maioregradu continues, explaining that at that point some of them had returned to the collector's hut, asking the girls who live there if there were any stones with the characteristics sought by Fulvio. The girls had then spoken of Mariana's half stone full of cracks. Maioregradu concludes by saying that, taking advantage of the information, they deceived Fulvio, making him believe that they knew a place where they could find a rare stone and getting paid to give him directions to Mariana's half stone. However, she points out that Fulvio, strangely, did not seem to feel cheated. Mariana states that, if that is the case, then Fulvio really intends to free the fiery nightmare, and suggests that they should inform the heroes. Misofova replies that, as she had said before, it could be that Fulvio was looking for the rare stones only to enrich his sister's collection, pointing out that at the moment they do not have enough evidence to alert the heroes. Eleftero agrees with Misofova, arguing that more solid evidence is needed before they can accuse Fulvio; however, he adds that they could still try to recover the stone. He then suggests that they split up to look for it, declaring that he will go in search of his hut to see if he is there. The others agree, and so the group splits up, going to look for Fulvio. Meanwhile, a Double Z confides in Maioregradu his concern about the fact that the boys know about the mission they are carrying out, but Maioregradu reassures him, stating that fortunately they will never intervene directly, and therefore they have nothing to fear. He concludes the conversation by suggesting that they return to their hut.
After about ten minutes, Mariana finds Fulvio and approaches him decisively. In a firm tone, she asks him to give her back the stone, but Fulvio, with an expression that betrays a certain annoyance, says he doesn't have it. Mariana declares that the stone belongs to her and that it is unfair that he took it from her. Fulvio claims to have thrown it away, but Mariana notices a suspicious bulge in his pants pocket. Without hesitation, she creates the threads, charges them with energy and takes the stone, carrying it in her hand and then runs away towards the forest, pursued by Fulvio. Meanwhile, in her group's hut, Maioregradu announces to the others that Mariana has recovered the stone. The leader asks him for explanations, but Maioregradu reassures him, promising that she will have it back soon. Then, with a smile, she says that she needs to recover her energy and sips some coffee. Thinking out loud, she reflects that it is a pity that the energy cannot also go to Fulvio; However, he concludes with an ironic tone that, with all the muscles he has, Fulvio could undoubtedly allow him to run through the entire forest. While Mariana runs between the tall and shady trunks of the forest, suddenly the monstrous form of Tenebrisesse hits her, making her drop the half stone she was holding in her hands to the ground. With an agile and sinister leap, the monster takes possession of the stone, then takes refuge on a branch, suspended right in front of her. Mariana gets up and, fixing her gaze on the strange being, watches him spread some dust on the fragment, which immediately recomposes itself, returning whole as before, with the addition, however, of the symbol lit by a bright light. Mariana, surprised, murmurs incredulously to the monster, admitting in a thin voice that he has "fixed" the stone. Determined to recover it, Mariana creates the threads and charging them with energy tries to re-grab it. But the monster, without hesitation, throws itself from branch to branch, fleeing from its threads. Without wasting time, Mariana throws herself into pursuit. During the chase, the monster leaps from a tree to land in front of a ghostly figure: a ghostly woman, pale and floating, with a large 14 cm long nose, long white hair and barefoot. She wears a white dress that falls almost to her feet, and holds a fragment of the Revelindustria in her hand. Mariana stops, watching her. The monster approaches the woman, trying to tear the object from her hands, but the woman begins to dance, preventing it from grabbing it. Seeing the scene, Mariana warns the monster that she will not allow him to take the object and, maneuvering her threads, hits him to prevent him from getting close to the fragment. The woman continues to dance in silence, while the monster persists in his attempts to take the metal fragment that she holds in her hand. Mariana intervenes, hitting the monster with her threads. The monster tries again to take possession of the object, but this time he manages to avoid the threads that Mariana throws at him, performing a slight dash with his wings. He even manages to graze the fragment, but does not catch it, hindered by the woman's fluid movements. Mariana sends the threads back and, grabbing the monster by one leg, throws it away, away from the woman. The monster leaps towards the woman, who promptly stretches out her arm to push the metal piece away, while the creature swoops down on her, passing through her due to its invisibility. Quickly, the monster heads towards the woman's hand, which contracts back to its original length. Mariana tries to hit the monster with the threads, but it dodges them nimbly and launches into flight, aiming for the piece of the Revelindustria. The ghost woman, dancing quickly, manages to prevent him from grabbing the object several times, until, finding it in front of her, she stretches out her hand; the monster, however, quickly follows her hand and manages to tear the metal piece from her fingers. The woman disappears and Fulvio arrives immediately after. The monster throws the blue stone at Mariana, hitting her on the head and knocking her to the ground unconscious. Turning to Fulvio, he declares that he doesn't want to waste time with him and walks away, intentionally dropping the piece of the Revelindustria. Maioregradu laughs in the Double Z hut. The leader asks him if he managed to get the stone back, and he replies that it went even better than expected: not only did he get the stone back, but he also met a stupid monster that dropped a piece of the Revelindustria. The leader compliments him, emphasizing that they are getting closer and closer to their goal. Maioregradu asks if Mariana is indispensable or if there are other Sýrmata Pupa in her group of friends. The leader confirms that there is another Sýrmata Pupa among Eleftero's friends and asks him the reason for the question. Maioregradu explains that the monster injured Mariana, knocking her unconscious in the forest, and if she is not needed, he could leave her there as a meal for predators. The chief enthusiastically states that it is an excellent idea, pointing out that Mariana has been an obstacle to the freedom of the Sýrmata Pupa since the village was founded, even managing to influence her friends. Maioregradu adds that, since they have all the stones and the first piece of the Revelindustria, it would be safer to take it directly from them, so that if someone tried to steal it from Fulvio, they would find nothing. He then explains that, through Fulvio, he will make up excuses to justify the lack of the objects, and that one of their group will have to go to the forest. He adds that, as soon as the member arrives, he, through Fulvio, will signal to him, and then, once in the forest, he will give him the objects. The chief welcomes the idea and asks the Double Zs which of them wants to take care of the recovery. While Attonitonus talks to a member, the latter creates the threads and takes complete control of him, making him raise his hand and then destroying the threads. The chief compliments Attonitonus for his usual courage, and Attonitonus explains that it was his companion who made him raise his hand. The chief, placing an arm on his shoulder, praises him for his humility and courage always appreciated by the group, while leading him out of the hut.

So they all set off towards the river, accompanied by Anney and Icey.considering it a beautiful souvenir steeped in wonderful history and legend.
