1In my opinion the game should remove the sum of 0 in ranked games.
Victory does not depend only on you and you can also lose because of others and moreover as a guest you win very little although it is easier to win.If it is so difficult to compete if not buying guest tickets for each game why would someone pay for guest tickets and killer?
Moreover,the ranked matches do them in a few peoples so think about the waiting times.
In my opinion you should give trophies based on the difference between the midpoints of the sum of the points of the guests and the assassins.
If on average they have the same trophies,give 20 trophies in case of Victory of the guests and 30 in case of victory of the assassins while in case of defeat you take away 10 from the guests and 15 from the assassins.
If the guests or assassins have an average 1-9% lower than the opponents they will win 10 more trophies,on the contrary they will lose 5 more.
If the average of the opponents diverges by 10-19% more you will win 20 extra trophies and on the contrary you will lose 10 extra trophies.
If the difference with the opponents is 30%, 30 extra will be won and on the contrary 15 extra will be lost.
Furthermore you to get them to pay you could put a potion that lasts 3h and that makes sure that if the average of your group is higher than that of the opponents you will win and lose trophies as if the average were the same. (since it is convenient).
Another important thing would be to add group warfare and masquerade master to ranked matches. Disguise master increases the chances of assassin's Victory and warfare makes the battle more casual and fair.
Trophies in War between team mode could be awarded based on the divergence of trophies between your group and the one with the highest average of trophies to get people to play it.
However a nice mode would be a mode where there is the engineer killer who can put up to 6 devices in the walls that allow you to get through the walls but which cannot be placed in the walls at the edge of the map or the elevator.

2I think it would be nice if you put in some character levels and guest and assassin skills.
It is true that some skills could spoil the game, but if you only use them to balance the game it could be fun,and putting levels could also encourage you to shop.
You could put that in order to level up you need to find a copy of that character that automatically increases the level.To allow to find copies of the characters you could put doors of which one costs 5000 coins for one opening and 50.000 for 10 openings +1 bonus that contain only common characters with a small percentage of finding rare characters and a golden door that costs 10 diamonds for one opening and 100 for 11 openings that contains characters of all rarity including legendary ones.
To put the new resource "coins" you could give them for free in ranked or private games.
As rewards for the levels you could put at level 2,for common and rare characters,you could put to unlock the guest skill slot and for level 3 you could put to unlock the assassin skill slot.For legendaries you could put the chance to have 2 skill slots for both the host and the assassin allowing them to use two skills at the same time.
Abilities may only be used once throughout the game and some may be ... A commune which is a once usable bomb with a range that kills all guests in the assassin's view that can be activated when they are in the visual of the killer having this skill more than 4 guests.This skill must be common as it is used to prevent guests from saying let's all go in the bell and let us analyze one at a time.

In my opinion it would be fair to have the guest skill slot unlocked and the assassin skill slot (at least the first one) right away as it is something too important not to be given to everyone,so for rare and common characters level 2 should unlock the guest skill slot,the level 3 the killer one and 4 and 5 could give random skins. Legendaries should have more levels.Skills should be able to be possible to buy in the shop and when you will add more in the game you could do so that by unlocking the first guest slot you get a random guest skill and for the first assassin slot you get a random assassin skill.
For the guests you could put a common skill that can be used once that allows you to increase your speed for 5 seconds and a legendary skill that when you activate it,an arrow will pop up to show you the distance and the way to get to each of the corpses present which lasts 7 seconds.
I think it would be nice if you made sure that more people could use the same character in the private and public lobbies.You could have the character name + the hat name pop up in the public lobbies and that make sure that only characters with the same name be replaced.While in private lobbies,although you will see the player's name,you may want to consider the character's name+ that of the hat rather than the player's to decide if the character needs to be replaced with another character.
